 3 gm of Reactive dye → 100 gm of fabric

10 gm of nonanionic detergent → 100 Cm3
2.5 gm of nonanionic  detergent → X

Vol . of . soaping  =(2.5*100)/10=25 Cm3

Vol . of . water  =500 -25= 475 Cm3


خطوات العمل
1- يتم وزن العينة المطلوبة وتجهيزها للصباغة.
2- يتم وضع كمية المياه المحسوبة والصبغة فى اناء الصباغة ثم اضافة العينة المراد
 صبغاتها.
3- يتم رفع درجة الحرارة تدريجيا مع استمرار التقليب الى درجة 70-80˚ C واثناء
 ذلك  يتم رفع العينة ووضع الملح على دفعتين اوثلاثة ثم توضع العينة مرة اخرى.
4- عند الوصول لدرجة الحرارة المطلوبة يتم اضافة القلوى مع استمرار التقليب.
5- تستمر عملية الصباغة لمدة ساعة عند هذه الدرجة.
6- بعد انتهاء زمن الصباغة يتم اخراج العينة من الحمام وشطفها جيدا.
7- اجراء حمام تصبن عند 100 ͦ C لمدة 15 دقيقة
